All food items are stored in climate-controlled environments and transported in insulated thermal bags to ensure they arrive at the perfect temperature.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer contactless delivery?
Absolutely. You can select 'Contactless Delivery' at checkout, and our driver will leave your order at your doorstep and notify you via text or call upon arrival.
